Returns / Right of withdrawal

Would you like to return ordered goods to us?

This is very easy: fill out the returns form enclosed with the order and send the return back to our store at your own expense*. Unpaid shipments will not be accepted.

As soon as we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price or carry out the requested exchange.

* From 01/07/2026, we offer FREE returns within AUSTRIA for orders over €100. In that case, please send us an email at info@redwingvienna.at and we will send you a return label.

Formal:

Customers who are consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act can withdraw from a contract concluded via distance selling (or a contract declaration made via distance selling) within a period of 14 working days from receipt of delivery of the ordered goods. It is sufficient if the declaration of withdrawal is sent within the deadline. This right of withdrawal does not apply to special orders (reduced goods), among other things. Used goods and goods that are not in their original packaging are also excluded from the right of withdrawal. In the event of withdrawal, a full or partial refund of any payment already made will only take place step by step against the return of the goods received from the customer.

The consumer bears the costs for the return; shipping costs generally cannot be reimbursed.
